Access the Deposit Section: Log into your Pennexa account and navigate to the deposit or funding section. Select the Asset: Choose the cryptocurrency or asset you want to deposit. Make sure Pennexa supports the asset and the network you plan to use. Copy the Deposit Address: Pennexa will generate a unique deposit address for your wallet. Make sure to copy this address accurately as incorrect addresses can lead to loss of funds. Initiate Transfer from Your Wallet: Open your personal wallet, choose the cryptocurrency you are depositing and paste the Pennexa deposit address into the recipient field. Confirm the amount and complete the transaction. Verify the Transaction: After completing the transfer, you should click on "Add Payment Proof" and fill up the informations such as Amount deposited, Crypto deposited, Email address and the transaction ID (Hash) after that you click on Submit. You will receive a notification via email and the deposit will immediately reflect in your Pennexa wallet balance.

Log in to your Pennexa account and navigate to your Profile settings, there is a 'Wallet' option that you will click on and will be directed to a different page where you will have to Add in the your preferred Wallet address for subsequent Withdrawals and the Coin host you are using for example Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Trustwallet etc. NOTE: You can add as many wallet address and Coin Host as you wish but when requesting withdrawal will have to select a preferred one, the company always recommends USDT. In your Pennexa account: Navigate to the platform’s dashboard and locate the withdrawal section. Select Withdrawal: Clicking on Withdrawal will display informations to be filled up such as: Amount you want to withdraw, the withdrawal type (wallet balance, Referral balance or Earning) mostly earnings and the Wallet Type (select the wallet address you have saved in your backend settings) preferably USDT. Confirm your withdrawal: Review the details you have provided, including Amount to withdraw, the withdraw type and wallet address then confirm your request by clicking on "Withdraw" and you will immediately receive your funds. When to Withdraw: Pennexa investment company allows investors to make withdrawals twice in a week and the days are specifically set for Fridays and Saturdays of every Week.
